1. About us

This website is operated by Dhwiti Art Print, located at E-501, PNTC, Times Of India Press Rd, Vejalpur, Ahmedabad, Gujarat 380015. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to Dhwiti Art Print.

2. Products

All products are framed art prints created and sold by Dhwiti Art Print, in two sizes: A3 and A4. Product images are for illustration. Due to differences in screen settings and the nature of the printing process, slight variations in colour, tone, or texture may occur between the image shown and the final product. Such variations are not defects.

3. Pricing and payment

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices, products, and offers at any time without prior notice. Payment must be completed in full at the time of ordering through our available secure payment methods.

4. Orders

Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation by email. Orders cannot be cancelled by the customer after they are placed, including before dispatch. Please check your order details before paying. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or product unavailability. If we cancel an order you have paid for, you will receive a full refund for that order.

5. Shipping

Shipping is charged at flat rates shown at checkout, and we do not offer free shipping. Dispatch and delivery timelines are described on our Shipping & Replacement page. We currently deliver within India only.

6. No returns or exchanges; replacement for damage

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds, including for change of mind or incorrect size selection. We replace products that arrive damaged from our side, subject to our Replacement Policy, which requires you to contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs and a continuous, uncut unboxing video. Replacement claims that do not meet these requirements cannot be approved.

7. Intellectual property

All artwork, designs, images, text, and content on this website are the property of Dhwiti Art Print and are protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, copy, resell, or distribute any artwork or content without our written permission.

8. Use of the website

You agree to use this website lawfully and not to misuse it in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the site or interfere with others’ use of it.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Dhwiti Art Print shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our website or products. Our total liability in respect of any order is limited to the value of that order.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ahmedabad, Gujarat.

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page, with the “Last updated” date revised accordingly.
