At Dhwiti Art Print, every order is framed, checked, and packed with care before it reaches you.

Processing time

Orders are processed and dispatched within 2 to 3 business days.

Delivery time

Once dispatched, orders are typically delivered within 7 to 10 business days across India via standard courier services. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and any courier or weather-related delays beyond our control.

Shipping charges

We do not offer free shipping. We charge flat rates based on your delivery location:

• Within Ahmedabad, Gujarat: ₹50
• Anywhere else in Gujarat: ₹80
• Rest of India (outside Gujarat): ₹150

The applicable charge is shown at checkout before payment.

We currently deliver within India only.

Order tracking

Once your order is dispatched, we email you the tracking details so you can follow it until it arrives.

Packaging

All prints are framed. Each framed print is packed with protective corner guards and a sturdy outer box to reduce the risk of transit damage.

Sizes

Our prints are available in two sizes only: A3 (29.7 × 42 cm) and A4 (21 × 29.7 cm). All prints are sold framed.

Returns and Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges, including for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference. Please review the product details, sizes, and images carefully before ordering. If you have questions before buying, contact us at info@dhwitiartprint.in.
